Erina maybe? I reported the issue as fixed after signing in with my personal email account. Then, I tried to use SSO to sign in on the desktop client and had some errors associated with that, and when I went back to sign in with my gmail address I again could not connect to Zoom to log in. So I used the uninstaller again and reinstalled the client - and I will no longer attempt using SSO on the desktop app. Maybe SSO is only meant for using in-browser? I don't know. It's because I tried to sign her in with SSO, which she doesn't use. She always joins as a guest, and doesn't actually sign into Zoom.
